2 months today
So two months today I should be arriving in LA county! I can't believe how quickly time passes. I'm so excited to start this new phase of my life and can't wait for the change and new experiences that it will bring. Over the past few weeks I have been working at my university trying to save up some extra money for the year, so I will hopefully have the opportunity to travel more and make the most of my time in the states. One thing I am really looking forward to is taking photos. This is a fascination of mine, and I love to photograph while travelling, so there will probably be an endless supply of pictures to choose from to show on my blog. I hope I can capture some interesting sights and experiences, not only so I can keep the memories forever, but also so that everyone can see what I get up to (if they're interested of course).
P.s. Love this Long Beach print i found on Pinterest!

End of second year, next step California
So I've finished my exams and essays for my second year of university at Hull. Its been a great year, but has gone much too fast. I can't believe that I will be in America in less than three months!
So I still have a lot still to do; visa, flights etc. but I can't wait to crack on with it. I thought I'd start this while I still have the time!
I've created this blog mainly so family and friends can see what I'm up to while I'm 5000 miles away in Long Beach for nine whole months!! I hope to update regularly with my photos and experiences :)
